The Library is excited to partner with Milwaukee County's Aging and Disability Resource Center (ADRC) to offer weekly sessions with Community Health Workers. Community Health Workers help to connect individuals to health and social services they or a loved one may need. 

Connect with the ADRC's friendly Community Health Worker Team every Friday at the Wauwatosa Public Library.

Services include:

• Getting help with Medicaid/BadgerCare applications
• Assistance with FoodShare, SSI/SSDI, and SSI-E
• Help applying for Energy Assistance
• Assistance submitting documents through ACCESS/MyACCESS
• Learn about ADRC services like:
  • Option counseling
  • Long-term care programs
  • Dementia support
  • Additional local community resources
