I have read the policies governing use of these facilities and agree that they will be strictly observed. I agree to be personally liable to the Board of Trustees for the Wauwatosa Public Library for any damage to property and for any expense incurred by or in consequence of the use of these facilities by this meeting. I also agree to supply the Library with a copy of any announcement of this program in advance of the event.
